NEIGHBORS, Justice.

The People, pursuant to C.A.R. 4.1, appeal the trial court's order suppressing incriminating statements made by the defendant to a police officer on two different dates. We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand for further proceedings.

The defendant is charged in an information filed in the Jefferson County District Court with one count of second-degree forgery
