Defendant was convicted by a Recorder's Court of Detroit jury of breaking and entering an occupied dwelling with intent to commit larceny, MCL 750.110; MSA 28.305. He was acquitted on two counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct, MCL 750.520b; MSA 28.788(2). On December 15, 1982, defendant was sentenced by Judge John H.
