Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division.

Decided April 9, 1985.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Rutgers Urban Legal Clinic represented appellants (Jack C. Feinstein, on the brief).

No brief was timely filed for respondent.

Before Judges DREIER and SHEBELL.

The opinion of the court was delivered by DREIER, J.A.D.

Defendants appeal from a decision of the Special Civil Part enforcing a "no pets" provision in defendants' renewal leases.
