This action involves a complaint wherein the plaintiffs Ross Woofenden and Carol Woofenden (hereinafter Woofenden) allege that the defendant Lyman R. Merriam (hereafter Merriam) agreed "to install and deliver a wood burning and oil burning furnace" at their home for a price of $2,500. This price did not include the installation of the baseboard heating units. Woofenden alleges (1.) that the unit was never completely installed (Paragraph 5 of their complaint...
