In this case, we hold that police officers had reasonable suspicion to make a Terry stop of an individual leaving an apartment which the police had under surveillance and for which they were obtaining a search warrant for weapons and contraband. Convicted on two counts of possession of and conspiracy to possess firearms and possession of a silencer (18 U.S.C.A. § 1202(a) Appendix I; 26 U.S.C.A. §§ 5861(d) and 5871), defendant appeals...
