BABCOCK, Judge.

Defendant, Dwight David Rogers, appeals from the judgment of conviction entered on a jury verdict finding him guilty of first degree sexual assault. We affirm.

On October 6, 1983, following a preliminary hearing, defendant requested a pre-plea report and entered a plea of not guilty. The trial court inadvertently failed to enter the plea in the registry of actions.
