This is an action seeking declaratory judgment and injunctive relief of three (3) laws approved by the Legislature of Puerto Rico, to wit: Law No. 1 of August 12, 1985,1 Law No. 1 of October 8, 1985,2 and Law No. 6 of October 16, 1985,3 (hereinafter referred to as "the Laws").
