Point Marine, Inc., the owner and operator of M/V POINT DOVER attacks the district court's judgment imputing on accepted principles the negligence of the vessel's Master to the vessel owner under the theory of respondeat superior so as to make Point Marine liable for damage to Union's undersea pipeline.
