The plaintiffs (Gjovigs) brought this action against the defendants (Spinos) seeking to terminate an easement over portions of land owned by the Gjovigs on the basis of abandonment. The Spinos appeal, contending that the trial court erred in holding that the wording of the easement was vague and that the Spinos had abandoned their easement.
