This matter is before the Court upon the Complaint of Grady Lee Helms, debtor/defendant, for a judgment against the Veterans Administration for refusing to grant the debtor's application for a home loan. The debtor has argued that the refusal was in violation of the protection against discriminatory treatment which is set out at 11 U.S.C. § 525.1
