Plaintiff, Heritage Pools, Inc. (Heritage), a swimming pool construction company brought suit against various defendants, including Foothills Metropolitan Recreation and Park District (District) for breach of contract. Based on a stipulation of undisputed facts and exhibits, the trial court entered judgment in favor of the District. Heritage appeals. We affirm.
