BROWN, Justice.

This is an appeal from an "Order Modifying Decree of Divorce." The order changed child custody and clarified and modified the original decree of divorce regarding alimony. According to appellant the issues are:

I "Did the Trial Court deny the Appellant's right to due process when it decided the issue of her daughter's custody without giving the Appellant an opportunity to present relevant testimony regarding that issue?
