MEMORANDUM OPINION.

In 1981, petitioner was convicted of robbery and kidnapping and, after his probation for a previous offense was revoked, he was sentenced. Upon appeal, petitioner's convictions and sentences were affirmed by the Court of Appeals. 58 Or.App. 739, 650 P.2d 124 (1982). No petition for review was filed with this court.
