Plaintiffs, Christian Schmidt Brewing Company (Schmidt) and The Stroh Brewery Company (Stroh), moved for a preliminary injunction enjoining defendant G. Heileman Brewing Company, Inc. (Heileman) from acquiring any shares of stock or exercising any control over defendant Pabst Brewing Company (Pabst).
