The appellant, Tommy Dean Grizzle, Sr., was tried in the District Court of Hughes County, Case No. CRF-82-18, for the offenses of Feloniously Pointing a Firearm, 21 O.S. 1981, § 1289.16, and Cruelty to Animals, 21 O.S. 1981, § 1685. The jury found appellant guilty of the lesser included offense of Pointing a Weapon at Another, 21 O.S. 1981, § 1279, as well as guilty...
