OPINION

SINGLETON, Judge.

Elam E. Stuart was tried and convicted of three counts of misconduct involving a controlled substance in the third degree, a class B felony. AS 11.71.030(a)(1). All three counts involved cocaine. Stuart received nonpresumptive sentences of four years on each count. The sentences were made consecutive to each other for a total sentence of twelve years, of which six years were suspended and Stuart was placed on probation for five...
