OPINION

PARKS, Presiding Judge:

Rickey Ray Elvaker was convicted by a jury in the District Court of Oklahoma County, Case No. CRF-83-1802, for the offense of Robbery with Firearms, After Former Conviction of Two or More Felonies. He was sentenced to a term of fifty (50) years imprisonment. We affirm the judgment and sentence of the District Court.
