Kenneth R. Sayles (defendant-appellant) appeals from the sentences he received following guilty pleas to three counts of burglary and two counts of felony theft. Sayles was charged with one count of burglary in Case No. 83-CR-1429 to which he pleaded guilty and was convicted on November 30, 1983.
