OPINION

SINGLETON, Judge.

Ronald J. Burks pled nolo contendere and was convicted of robbery in the first degree, a class A felony. AS 11.41.500(a)(1). Burks was given the presumptive sentence of seven years applicable to first offenders convicted of class A felonies who use, inter alia, a firearm in the perpetration of their crime.
