This appeal arises from a judgment against appellant-employers for minimum wage, overtime, and recordkeeping violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S.C. § 201 et seq. (hereinafter FLSA). The court enjoined the appellants from further FLSA violations and from withholding back wages owed to ninety-eight employees.
