Defendant Jose Antonio Gonzalez appeals from his conviction after a guilty plea of knowingly and unlawfully possessing, with the intent to distribute, a quantity of cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) and 18 U.S.C. § 2.
