Plaintiff Janice Fumiko Amii (Wife) appeals a portion of the family court's September 29, 1983 amendment of its March 3, 1982 divorce decree. The relevant portion of the amendment terminated the right of Wife and the three minor children of the parties to exclusively occupy residence E-31, 4280 Salt Lake Boulevard, Honolulu, Hawaii, for ten years from March 3, 1982 and ordered it to be sold.
