OPINION

BRYNER, Chief Judge.

Francis Azzarella was convicted, following a jury trial, of felony sale of alcohol without a license. AS 04.11.010; AS 04.16.200(b)(1).1 Superior Court Judge Paul B. Jones sentenced Azzarella to four years' imprisonment. On appeal, Azzarella challenges his conviction on numerous grounds. He also contends that his sentence is excessive. We affirm.
