Petitioner seeks judicial review of an order of the State Board of Accountancy denying reinstatement of a permit to practice public accountancy and permanently revoking his license as a certified public accountant in this state. The order of the Board was based on its conclusion that petitioner's disbarment as an attorney constituted sufficient grounds, under its own statutory authority, to justify that disciplinary action.
