In this action the Court is reviewing a determination by the International Trade Commission (ITC) that there was no reasonable indication of material injury or threat of injury from imports of tires from the Republic of Korea.1 The determination under review terminated the investigation of a petition for the imposition of anti-dumping duties which had been brought by five domestic manufacturers...
