Defendant-Appellant Louis Jackson was found guilty by a jury in the Jackson Circuit Court of rape, a class A felony, criminal deviate conduct, a class A felony, criminal deviate conduct, a class B felony, and was also found to be an habitual offender. The trial court sentenced him to a term of fifty (50) years on the two class A felonies to be served concurrently, twenty (20) years for the class B felony to be served consecutively to the other sentences...
