Plaintiff, Kenneth Sanders, filed this worker's compensation suit against his employer, Cameron Offshore Services, Inc, d/b/a Industrial Marine Services (IMS), defendant, alleging that on December 31, 1979, he was injured while in the course and scope of his employment.1 Plaintiff also sought penalties and attorney's fees.
