In this Chapter 7 case, the debtors' former landlord, Margaret Moser Schell ("Schell"), has filed a proof of claim for administrative expenses in the amount of $17,862.57 under 11 U.S.C. § 503(b)(1)(A). One aspect of the claim is for $11,940.00 for the reasonable value of the debtors' post-petition use and occupancy of the leased premises.
