Appellant was convicted by a jury of one count of assault with intent to commit robbery, D.C.Code § 22-501 (1981).1 He appeals on the grounds that the government presented insufficient evidence of guilt and that the prosecutor's cross-examination of appellant concerning appellant's postarrest, post-Miranda warning silence constituted reversible error.
