Appellant, D. Stephen Rosenbloom, filed suit against The New Orleans Saints, a Louisiana Partnership ["Saints"], and John W. Mecom, Jr., for damages resulting from an alleged breach of an employment contract. After a hearing on the matter, the appellee's exceptions of No Cause of Action and Res Judicata were maintained.
