GARWOOD, Circuit Judge:

This is an appeal from a decision of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Texas which overruled a judgment creditor's objection to appellee's claim of homestead exemption in a Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceeding. We reverse, holding that the property was not appellee's homestead when the creditor's judgment lien was perfected against it.
