JONES v. STATE

No. 84-2604.

471 So.2d 1378 (1985)

Jeffrie JONES, Appellant, v. STATE of Florida, Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Fourth District.

July 10, 1985.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Richard L. Jorandby, Public Defender, and Jeffrey Anderson, Asst. Public Defender, West Palm Beach, for appellant.

Jim Smith, Atty. Gen., Tallahassee, and Penny H. Brill, Asst. Atty. Gen., West Palm Beach, for appellee.

PER CURIAM.

The jury found appellant guilty of attempted burglary and the trial court orally adjudicated appellant guilty of attempted burglary. The written judgment erroneously recites an adjudication of burglary. We affirm the correctly announced judgment and sentence but remand for technical correction of the written judgment to recite attempted burglary.
