Plaintiff-Appellant, Jana Bernhardt (Bernhardt), appeals the Ind. Rules of Procedure, Trial Rule 12(B)(6) dismissal of her claim.

We reverse.

ISSUE

At issue here is whether the judgment of dismissal was contrary to law.
