In this disciplinary proceeding, the Board on Professional Responsibility found that respondent, a member of the District of Columbia Bar, violated DR 9-103(A)(2) by commingling his funds with his client's funds, and DR 9-103(B)(3) by failure to maintain proper records of client's funds.
