In written reasons for judgment filed May 11, 1983 the Twenty-Second Judicial District Court, Parish of St. Tammany, Honorable Stephen A. Duczer, Judge Presiding, ruled the legacies to Sun Methodist Church were valid and on August 22, 1983 signed the judgment decreeing "the Sun United Methodist Church is entitled...
