The basis of dispute in the case at bench is whether we should grant the trustee's motion for an order enlarging a previously entered order of this court which directed the trustee to satisfy a sum certain due on a mortgage of estate property. The trustee would have us enlarge our order to allow the trustee to be subrogated to the mortgagee's secured position for his payment. Since the trustee was the primary obligor...
