This is a garnishment proceeding arising out of an action by Gull Industries, Inc. (Gull), against Mustang Gas and Oil Company (Mustang). In that action, the trial court entered a "judgment order" awarding Gull a judgment against Mustang. Gull then served a writ of garnishment on First State Bank of Oregon (Bank), which filed a certificate that it held nothing belonging to Mustang.
