This is an action for damages under 42 U.S.C. §§ 1981, 1983, 1985 and 1988, and Chapter 537 R.S.Mo. (1979), which is the Missouri Wrongful Death Statute. Plaintiff also appears to be seeking damages for negligence. There are ten counts in the complaint.
