TYSON, Judge.

Cemal Dean Anderson was indicted for rape pursuant to § 13A-6-61, Code of Alabama 1975. The appellant entered a plea of not guilty and not guilty by reason of insanity and the cause proceeded to trial. The jury found Anderson "guilty as charged" and following a sentencing hearing the trial court fixed punishment at 20 years in the penitentiary.
