The sole issue presented on this appeal is whether appellants' personal injury action against Allied Eastern States Maintenance Corporation ("Allied") was barred by the two-year statute of limitations contained in the Convention for the Unification of Certain Rules Relating to International Transportation by Air, 49 Stat. 3000, T.S. No. 876 (1934), commonly known as the Warsaw Convention. We hold that it was and affirm the trial court's order...
