OPINION

STEFFEN, Justice.

Following a jury trial, appellant was convicted of one count each of first degree murder with the use of a deadly weapon, robbery with the use of a deadly weapon and grand larceny. Following a separate penalty hearing, the jury imposed the death sentence on appellant for his first degree murder conviction.
