In this case appellant challenges the dismissal of his complaint and the trial court's denial of his motion to reconsider that dismissal. Because appellant failed to note a timely appeal from the court's order dismissing the complaint, we lack jurisdiction to review that order. However, we hold that the court abused its discretion in denying appellant's motion for reconsideration, which we construe as a motion for relief under Superior Court...
