Terry Willard Parker was indicted for the murder of Russell Dye, in violation of § 13A-6-2, Code of Alabama 1975 and the assault inthe first degree on Gary Dye, in violation of § 13A-6-20, Code of Alabama 1975. The jury found the appellant "guilty" of both offenses.
