This appeal presents the question of whether a person who has been found "disabled" and placed under a "guardianship of the estate" under the Probate Act of 1975 (Act) (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1983, ch. 110 1/2, par. 11a-1 et seq.) may petition for a dissolution of marriage.
