Douglas S. appeals his juvenile conviction for possession of marijuana in an amount less than 40 grams. Specifically, he challenges the Superior Court's ruling which upheld the search of his person and the seizure of a pipe with marijuana residue and a film canister with a marijuana bud inside it. We hold the search was invalid and reverse Douglas' conviction.
