PER CURIAM:

Specially Appearing Investors ("Investors") appeal the district court's denial of their motion for an order relieving them from a receivership stay or, in the alternative, directing the Receiver to post a bond sufficient to indemnify them for all losses occasioned by the stay order. We have jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1292(a)(1) (1982), and we affirm.1
