This is a wrongful death action in which appellant, as personal representative of her deceased son's estate, sought damages from appellee, Herndon Ambulance Service, Inc., alleging that the negligence of Herndon's employees caused or contributed to her son's death. The trial court entered a partial summary judgment in favor of Herndon, but permitted appellant to amend. After dismissal of her fourth amended complaint, appellant declined to plead further...
