Laborde, Jr., as natural tutor of the minor child, Ann Laborde and intervenor, Board of Trustees, State Employees Group Benefits Program, appeal from the verdict of the jury in favor of the defendants in plaintiffs' action for damages allegedly incurred as a result of pesticide poisoning.
