Moore Business Forms, Inc. (hereafter referred to as "Moore") has sued defendant, Marvin Seidenburg, alleging violations of the Lanham Trademark Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 1114(1), 1116, 1125(a) and La.R.S. 51:223.1.
