Webster appeals from the trial court's order denying his motion for discharge under Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.191. We affirm.

On September 24, 1983, Webster was apprehended by correctional officers while he was attempting to escape from Baker Correctional Institution, and returned to confinement.
